This is direct hire staffing opportunity through Krucial Rapid Response driven by a mission to serve others at their greatest time of need.

PAY: $115,000-$130,000/Yr.

Assignment Details for DON:

• Immediate start
• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Hybrid schedule. 60% working in-person with staff and families, 40% remote work.

Job Description for DON:

• Looking for DON to join leadership team.
• Supervise and grow RN clinical team. Hiring and Training RN Case Managers.
• Build processes to ensure optimal family experience and effciency, and set clinical practices to deliver the highest quality of care.

Requirements and Qualifications for DON:

• Current Colorado RN license with 3 years experience.
• 1-2 Nursing Leadership Experience.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
• Must be able to make independent decisions.
• Must be personable, enthusiastic and resourceful.
